At StreamingPods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home audio setup. If your product isn't the perfect fit for your living space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the StreamingPods unit back in its original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
